Founded in 2017, ALDA+ is ALDA’s Benefit Corporation active in technical assistance, design, training and consulting.
OUR THREE PILLARS
ALDA+ offers a comprehensive range of services, including technical assistance, Project Cycle Management, training, and consultancy, as well as tailored solutions for both public and private entities. We also manage services on behalf of public bodies, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
Our services cater to diverse audiences, including local and regional authorities, civil society organisations, international institutions, and companies operating across various sectors.
ALDA+ is a Benefit Corporation founded in 2017 to in the areas of expertise of ALDA, the European Democracy. The organisation specialises in project reporting within EU funding programmes, as well as consultancy services.
Created to support ALDA’s mission, ALDA+ is the ALDA and plays a key role in expanding its partner long-term sustainability.
The Benefit Corporation capitalises and consolidates ALDA’s extensive experience in local governance, developing and supporting projects,
and actions in various fields, including civic participation, public administration reform, social issues, sports, culture, economic development,
education, migration, human rights and more.
ALDA+ draws on both its own and ALDA+ professionals, thus ensuring a wide range of skills and expertise.

PROJECT CYCLE MANAGEMENT
Project Cycle Management (PCM) is a systematic approach to project management, covering all phases from project idea development to project closure. In this area, our staff will assist you in:
- Elaborate the project, draw up the budget, prepare the necessary technical-administrative documentation, build partnerships and send the proposal to donors.
- Manage the project, support monitoring and evaluation, deal with reporting and dissemination of results.
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
ALDA+ offers specialised technical assistance to transform your ideas into successful projects and impactful actions. We support you in identifying funding opportunities, applying participatory methodologies, and building strong partnerships and networks.
Our expertise serves civil society organisations, local authorities, universities, and businesses, providing tailored guidance on effective local governance and fostering the development of services and initiatives that serve the public interest.
TRAINING
Our training services, provided by ALDA+ Academy, are designed to enhance all-round skills and knowledge of project cycle management. Through our standard or customised courses, led by experienced trainers, we support local authorities, civil society organisations, companies and professionals in identifying and making the most of funding opportunities, providing the necessary tools to turn ideas into winning projects.
In our courses, thanks to ALDA’s extensive experience in this field, we ‘share concrete experiences’, making the lessons immediately applicable in a practical and pragmatic way.
