Participatory Democracy
Specifically designed for Tunisian women involved in local councils and organisations, the training explored the various levels of participatory democracy, highlighting the role of each stakeholder in the process. The methodologies used primarily included simulations and role-playing, key tools for ensuring the course’s success by fostering effective learning processes that were highly appreciated for their ‘closeness’ to everyday realities.
Project Cycle Management with a Focus on “Migration”
The training was designed for migrant associations residing in the municipality of Castelfranco Emilia (Italy), with the aim of equipping them with project cycle management skills and exploring EU funding opportunities dedicated to migration and integration. The programme combined lectures with group activities, providing a practical opportunity to understand what it means to collaborate to achieve a common goal, while addressing both its advantages and challenges.
‘Green’ Funding Opportunities for the Balkans
The online course was targeted at the network of Chambers of Commerce in the Balkans, interested in exploring specific funding opportunities in the “green” sector for their affiliated companies and for the Chambers themselves. The course covered funding opportunities from the European Union as well as from other public and private donors, combining interactive presentations on funding programs with the presentation of experiences and best practices.
